With your gallery... your stuff is pretty good. You've got a lot of detail in your art, and a lot of imagination. I can't really find much to criticize... if I can, it's for a single piece or two and not for everything in your gallery
If I could make a few suggestions, though, perhaps you can clean up your lineart a little (make it darker and more visible) before you post it? And if you have time, try to experiment with backgrounds. They're hard at first, but they start coming easy later, and they make a picture look much more professional. Very few people bother to put them in.
So... um, yeah. Just some stuff I've observed and want to suggest.
